Meet Sarah Whatley, BS, ACSM-CPT, FMCA Certified Health Coach

Sarah Whatley, BS, ACSM-CPT, FMCA Certified Health Coach; currently pursuing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Sarah is a dedicated Functional Medicine Health Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin. Her career began in corporate wellness, where she helped individuals create healthier habits amidst busy professional lives. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise through personal training, functional medicine health coaching, and now through clinical mental health counseling.
Certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Personal Trainer since 2004 and by the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (in partnership with The Institute for Functional Medicine) since 2020, Sarah integrates a whole-person approach to well-being. She is currently expanding her understanding of the mind-body connection by pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.
Sarah’s passion is helping people rediscover the natural healing potential of their bodies. She believes we are designed to thrive at every stage of life and focuses on empowering clients with the tools and knowledge to take exceptional care of their physical and emotional health.
